DFE BN-Wax
Developed for aluminium extrusion processes, boron nitride-based DFE BN-Wax is a white, rod-shaped product that prevents metal from sticking to the surfaces to which it is applied at high temperatures.
It can be used on extrusion dummy blocks, containers and butt shears. It helps prevent aluminium alloy from sticking to the die, extend the service life of the dummy block and shorten maintenance time. Its ease of application contributes to improved production efficiency and reduced costs.
